It is a split face portrait inspired by his two looks as Art The Clown in Damien Leone's Terrifier horror movie. This being his iconic clown look as well as the one he "borrowed" from the crazy homeless cat lady. This print is great to add to your collection and makes for a unique item to have autographed by David (or Damien) at an appearance, convention etc. Especially since he owns the original!
